Adorable Snowman Gifts

Have you see these adorable snowmen yet? I about died when I saw them on Kerri & Lindsay's blog. Aren't they the cutest?

Here's what you need:

*a pair of cozy socks 

{I got one pair at Old Navy for $2 and then I saw them on clearance at Joann's Fabrics, 2 pairs for $2!}

*a package of candy or chocolate

{I used a box of hot tamales and mike n' ikes}

*white cardstock cut in half

*black permanent marker & crayons

*ribbon

*tape

How to create:

First, take the pair of socks and fold the elastic so the socks are together. Then pull the socks over the top of the candy box. Tie a piece of ribbon at about the middle of the socks. Then I tucked the back sock into the elastic. Wrap the white cardstock around the candy and tape the back. On the front side, use your permanent marker and draw eyes, a nose and a smile. Then go back and add color with some crayons.

Give to neighbors or friends. Your kids will love making them! I sure did!
